| Local Area Akbuk lies between Bodrum and Altinkum on the Agean Coast of Turkey. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty. With protected forests and olive trees, small clean beaches and a pretty marina from where you can take boat trips around the coastline and to the lovely Greek island of Kos. There are shops , mini banks, restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets, bakers and a doctors surgery. There is also a Friday morning market just ten minutes walk from the apartment The town of Didum is about 30 minutes drive away and has larger supermarkets, banks and an extensive saturday market along with the beach resort of Altinkum with is karaoke bars and night clubs. |
