let located directly behind Rose
Cottage. It has two bedrooms,
one double room and one twin
room. There is an open plan
living room, kitchen and dining
area with a shower room and
toilet which is en-suite to the
double room but is also accessible
through the lounge area.

Bookings will be taken from Saturday to
Saturday on a weekly basis, prices range
from £395 - £665 per week depending on
time of year. Please contact us for more
details and for information on short breaks
during the winter.
Check in is anytime after 4pm
Check out is 10am
We ask for a deposit of £100 - £200 towards
your booking payment with the remainder to be
paid at least 28 days before you are due to arrive.
We also ask for a security deposit of £150 -
£250 which would be returned within two weeks
pending a satisfactory inspection.
